For Volunteers: Overview
Cornell is working with members of the Ithaca community to identify ways to provide additional needed support.
Housing and Support:
- If you are looking to offer support, or are able to provide housing for displaced students or faculty, please contact Sue McNamara, Dean of Students, at (607) 255-1115.
Donations:
- If you would like to help in any way with any type of donation please go to the Student Activities Office Donations for Hurricane Relief Web site to register your donation. If there is a student that will benefit from your generosity you will be contacted via email
- Other donation inquires should go to Tompkins County Red Cross at 273-1900 x11
CU Support:
Plan a fund-raiser for the relief effort:
- Register the event or activity at http://www.activities.cornell.edu/eventreg
The Office of Student Activities can consult with student organizations planning events and activities that will aid relief efforts. They are available to partner with student leaders to coordinate efforts, to put groups in contact with one another, and to foster collaboration.
