In addition to Bartels Hall, Cornell's athletic facilities include Teagle Hall, Lynah Rink, and the Friedman facilities. Farther down Campus Road stand the Schoellkopf Crescent to the south and Barton Hall, constructed as an aircraft storage facility during World War I, on the north side of the street.
The campus also boasts a Robert Trent Jones golf course, designed by the same Cornellian who planned Peachtree in Atlanta and who oversaw major redesigns of Augusta National and several U.S. Open courses. A few miles from campus, the Reis Tennis Center, Belkin Squash Courts, and the Oxley Equestrian Center provide world-class facilities for varsity competitors and beginners taking lessons.
