The Cornell United Way is passionate about the issues facing Tompkins County and surrounding areas. Our annual campaign is an opportunity to give back to the community and get involved with the organizations whose services benefit people in need.
Cornell is traditionally the single largest contributor to the county campaign. Our goal this year is to raise $700,000. The support you give will make for a healthier, happier Tompkins County. Every dollar makes a difference!
The 2007 campaign is sure to be a milestone in Cornell history. For the first time, Cornell is pledging funds to the Corporate Cornerstone Program, which helps support the administrative and operating costs of United Way. As a result, $.91 of every dollar donated helps fund community programs and services; the remaining $.09 goes to United Way.
