President Skorton and Provost Fuchs update staff on Reimagining Cornell
President Skorton and Provost Fuchs will give an update on the University's strategic planning process dubbed "Reimagining Cornell," which consists of two phases. The first phase of the plan, to be completed by early fall, will consider changes to administrative and academic structures throughout the university and will provide recommendations for achieving excellence in strategic areas through change in organization and focus.
