Help with Video
The video on our site requires the Real Player plug-in. If you are having trouble with the videos, you might need to install Real Player or upgrade your current version.
Here's how:
Step 1 - Download plug-in software

Step 2 - Install plug-in software
Most PC installations will begin automatically, while Macs may require you to initiate the installation process (double click the installer icon, etc).
Step 3 - Reload video page
Once you know your setup works, return to the video you were trying to view. Remember, you may have to reload the page to have your new setup work correctly.
