John Muckstadt joined the Cornell faculty in 1974 after having spent a considerable amount of time in the Air Force.
Over the last 25 years, Muckstadt has been doing research on various aspects of Supply Chain Management, focusing on the design of manufacturing systems, distribution systems and logistics.
Presently, this journey in supply chain management continues in the industrial world and has led to his work in Public Health Response Logistics.
