A fiberglass replica statue of Ezra Cornell, created more than 20 years ago, regularly travels to Cornell events around the country and makes appearances on campus, too. His most recent stop was at the Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. in January 2012.

Anne DiGiacomo '80, senior director for project fundraising in the Division of Alumni Affairs and Development, talks a bit about the statue and its popularity. It is often mistaken for a statue of Abraham Lincoln -- especially when visiting our nation's capital!
