An October 28, 2011 symposium at Cornell addressed food systems and their affect on human health.
Keynote speakers included Frank Hu, professor of nutrition and epidemiology at Harvard University, and Dondeena Bradley, vice president of global design and development in Nutrition Ventures for PepsiCo. Cornell professors Christine Olson, Per Pinstrup-Andersen, David Levitsky and Olga Padilla-Zakour were panelists.
The event was hosted by the Department of Food Science and the Division of Nutritional Sciences.
