The outdoor installation “Cornell: Safely Together” aims to makes COVID-19 social distancing a little more social. Mown patterns and furniture on the Ag and Arts Quads create opportunities for the campus community to be together while safely staying 6 feet apart. The project emerged from collaboration between students, faculty, recent alumni and staff at the College of Architecture, Art and Planning and staff in Facilities and Campus Services.
