President David Skorton, Cheryl Strauss Einhorn and David Einhorn announced the launch of the Engaged Cornell initiative, Oct. 6, 2014 at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art.
The groundbreaking, $150 million, 10-year initiative, established with a $50M gift from the Einhorn Family Charitable Trust, will empower Cornell students to become active citizens and to tackle critical challenges by participating in hands-on, practical learning experiences in communities at home and around the world.
