Disability Accommodation?

Most of the pay plans in place in American corporations were first designed and implemented over 50 years ago when the world was very different. Academic studies as anecdotal evidence point to the fact that traditional pay structures and incentives plans are at best ineffective and at worst counter-productive. Former compensation consultant and current lecturer of compensation Brian Dunn examines both the academic studies and real life experiences showing that the underlying assumptions of our compensation programs are no longer valid in today’s world of work where jobs have been transformed and the values and needs of the work force have evolved. Brad Bell, Professor and Director of CAHRS will moderate the discussion, exploring possible alternatives to current pay structures and incentive plan design.
