[MUSIC - DEJ LOAF - "NO FEAR"] (SINGING) Even though I live my life on the road doesn't mean I don't have time for you. Plenty have tried, almost came close, but none of them compare to you. So let's live our life more that one night. Promise if I could, I'd do it twice.
So what you say? Put 'em on pause. Press play. Hold on, I got more to say.
I know my life can get so crazy, but as long as you're right here, none of the gossip, nothing can stop us. I wanna love you with no fears--
NARHEE KIM: Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the Cornell Fashion Collective's 35th annual runway show. My name is Narhee Kim, and I am so honored to have served as COC's president this year. The Cornell Fashion Collective was founded in 1984 by two design students, Onslo Carrington and Laura Russell in a small ballroom in Willard Straight Hall. Three decades later, this student-run organization produces one of the largest events across campus.
As an applied economics and management major outside of the traditional fiber science and apparel design major, I am incredibly honored and thankful for the chance to be leading this amazing group of designers and management members. Over the years, I have been incredibly inspired by and proud of the hard work of our designers that make this production possible. After months of long nights in the studio, it is an honor to showcase the incredible and diverse talent tonight. I am now delighted to introduce our VP of Graphics, Caley Droof and our VPO of Designers and Models, Joyce Bao.
[APPLAUSE]
CALEY DROOFF: This incredible production would not have come to fruition without the hard work and dedication of every member and our executive board. It is my honor to introduce them-- Livia Caligor, VP of Strategic Operations and Planning, Bailey Willet, VP of Logistics, Peter Sanderson, VP of finance, James Patten, VP of Management, Eliana Rozinov, VP of Public Relations, Grace Anderson, Creative Coordinator, Katherine Williams, Design Coordinator, Sophie Wang, Secretary.

We would also like to thank Emily [INAUDIBLE], Karen Steffy, and fiber science and apparel design department for their hard work and dedication in support of this club. Kimberly Phoenix, thank you for your constant assistance to and encouragement of our vision. We would like to extend our appreciation to our wonderful members for their commitment and tenacious efforts.
CALEY DROOFF: We would like to express our thanks to Branchini Sound, Incorporated of Ithaca, as well as Visual Technologies. We are so deeply appreciative of the Barton Hall facilities team and all of their help in addition to the Cornell University administration and College of Human Ecology faculty for their support. We would like to extend a special thanks to Dean Dunifan for her support.
[APPLAUSE]
And we are extremely grateful for Thread Magazine's work on highlighting our designers and seniors, both in our pre-show video and senior booklet.
[APPLAUSE]
NARHEE KIM: We would also like to express our gratitude to the companies that sponsored our production this year, Informa and [? Malia ?] [? Mills. ?]

We would like to express our gratitude to our generous local sponsors, the incredible Cornell costume and textile collection, Chatty Cathy Coffee and Juice, Ithaca Wine and Spirits, Thompson and Bleecker, Ithaca Bakery, and the one only Collegetown Bagels.

Dressed up like a million dollar trooper. Trying hard to look like Gary Cooper. Super duper.
Come, let's mix where Rockefellers walk with sticks or umbrellas in their mitts. Puttin' on the ritz.
Have you seen the well-to-do up and down Park Avenue on that famous thoroughfare with their noses in the air? High hats and arrow collars, white spats and lots of dollars, spending every dime for a wonderful time.
If you're blue and you don't know where to go to, why don't you go where fashion sits? Puttin' on the ritz.

(SINGING) I dive into frozen waves where the past comes back to life. Fight fear for the selfish pain. It was worth it every time. Hold still right before we crash 'cause we both know how this ends. Our clock ticks till it breaks your glass and I drown in you again.
'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need. Chasing relentlessly. Still fight and I don't know why. If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy? If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity? If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy? If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
[MUSIC - AVICII - "LEVELS"]

[MUSIC - TIMBER TIMBRE - "SINCERELY, FUTURE POLLUTION"]
(SINGING) Smoke rainbow. A halo out. A UFO light. A high glam. And a lazy song of Sarah's smile. A custodian in love. The blue steel power and the tower of solution. Signed and sealed, sincerely, the pollution. From a holiday on a holiday noon on a holiday daily, oh, holiday daily.
[MUSIC - EARL SWEATSHIRT - "HOARSE"]
(SINGING) Nigga, cold is what you need to keep the poultry in resulting in me rolling slick as bottom of the bowling kicks. Early, man, you posers know me as a troll throwing moldy donut holes at your grody ho from his cronies' whip. Eating like the kids when you take 'em off Ritalin. Throwing temper tantrums at the window of your whip again. Sweeping up the glass to use it as a garnish over tracks damaged like the leg he limping to the barn with. Chickenshits. Temper 'bout as thick as tips of pencils is. Missiles to the picket fence. Who spit as good as fingerlickin' bitch. Bet it's 36 fish netted like the hook was inefficient.
And it always follows Autumn. There's no home for the weak. No insurance for your pride. Jive. Jive. It always follows autumn.

Whoa, it's killing me. I'm burning up inside. Whoa, I'm a mess right now and I'm just freaking out. I'm seeing sounds. I'm freaking out.
[VOCALIZING]
