Research and the popular press both suggest that the future of work and human resource management is moving toward artificial intelligence (AI) in the forms of machine learning and chatbots. After nearly 60 interviews with HR and business executives at 31 CAHRS companies, the center’s research assistants, Hannah Lee, Soyeon Lee, and Michaela Tarpey will present the findings of their benchmarking study. Their findings include how these technologies are being explored, implemented, and reimagined in the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development spaces. Chris Collins, Associate Professor of Human Resource Studies and Director of Cornell University’s Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) at the ILR School will serve as moderator for this webcast.
