Institute for the Social Sciences

Faculty team for 'The Evolving Family,' an ISS theme project

The Institute for the Social Sciences was created to foster collaborations among Cornell social scientists around such cutting-edge topics as evolving families, networks, and contentious politics. Social scientists at Cornell are dispersed across 33 departments and 8 colleges. Each year, the Institute brings together 10 faculty members to work on a new 3-year research theme project.
