Farm Ops is a program of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Cornell Cooperative Extension that sets up New York state veterans for success. Created in 2015 as an initiative of the Cornell Small Farms Program, Farm Ops acts as an information clearinghouse, offering beginner farmers expertise derived in part from Cornell research and connecting them with resources to get the skills they need.

U.S. Air Force veteran Nathan Bush is one of the former service members who has benefitted from Farm Ops. Bush works on a farm at EquiCenter in Honeoye Falls, New York, where he helps other veterans heal through agriculture.
